Enameled Copper Wire

Copper wire is a linear conductor made from copper or copper alloys as its core material. With its high electrical conductivity, excellent ductility, and good corrosion resistance, it has become a critical material in power transmission, electronic equipment, communications, and other fields. It can be produced from pure copper or alloys such as brass and bronze, available in forms including round wire, flat wire, and special-shaped wire. Performance-wise, it is categorized into soft, hard, and semi-hard conditions to suit different application requirements. Manufacturing processes include smelting, drawing, heat treatment, and coating (e.g., tin-plating, silver-plating). It can be produced in ultra-fine to large-diameter specifications, serving both high-voltage transmission and distribution lines, as well as electronic component connections, communication cables, mechanical parts, and decorative items.
